Excellent AC during the heatwave, lovely toiletries, and super convenient access from the station made our stay amazing!

The room was pretty spacious for

Japanese standards, and the location by the train station made traveling around Kyoto effortless. Access to the entrance could be clearer, as it felt a bit concealed. A nice stay with decent amenities nearby.

Location is excellent, hotel is new, clean venue.

Its location is particularly good, next to restaurants and bars. The double room is new-fashioned, we also enjoyed particularly nice views. Offers exceptional service and great food.

The bed was really firm, but the room felt a bit cramped for my suitcase.

I truly enjoyed the room for baggage in our case. The breakfasts were always absolutely superb with concistence less products and less products. Even though some of the staff were not particularly friendly, I had a very nice stay. The location was marvellous and fantastic, minutes from The Cube...

The double room is new-fashioned and has a chair and a writing desk. The location is excellent and there is a bus stop nearby the hotel. It's found in a very convenient area, next to many landmarks of Kyoto.

Liked our rooms with a windows overlooking the temple.

A stay just steps from history

The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to Kyoto Station. The ladies at the front desk were helpful in giving us tips for local attractions.

The bed was quite firm, tough to get a good night's sleep after long days of exploring the city.

The room was spacious, and the staff were very accommodating, especially with our three dogs. Visiting the nearby restaurants for dinner was a treat for everyone.

My wife says that it would be great if there was a small play area for the kids.

The Superior Double Room for Single Use was really nice. I loved the design and the shiny new feel of everything since they renovated the space. It was cozy enough, and there was good room to unpack my things. The access to Kyoto Station was super easy, especially through the underground passage, great when it rained. No complaints except I wish the room had a bit more space for moving around with my luggage.

the hotel has many usb charging points for devices which was super conveinant. the tv in the room only shows laundry availability and no other programming.

The location is unbeatable, just steps from Kyoto Station. With convenient laundry facilities and a lovely restaurant, the stay was enjoyable. Room sizes may be a bit smaller compared to Western standards. A good choice for ease of access to local attractions.
